🌴Approximately a five-minute walk from the nearest sandy beach and approximately four-minute drive from the centre of Protaras where you will discover a wide range of restaurants to suit all tastes, shops, bars, and evening entertainment.
The villa itself is spacious, well equipped and surrounded by sun terraces and landscaped gardens offering wonderful shade during the hot summer months and can be floodlit at night. The villa is also complemented with fans and powerful air conditioning that will keep you cool during the hot summer months and free Wi-Fi throughout.
The ground floor offers an open plan kitchen, dining and living areas with large patio windows, which have views of the swimming pool, gardens, and large BBQ areas. The open plan style offers a very spacious feel with comfortable and stylish modern furnishings providing a relaxing feel. The contemporary, open plan fitted kitchen includes a hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator/ Freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
The first floor comprises of three large bedrooms, each with en suite facilities. Two of the bedrooms share a large balcony with a relaxing view of green areas and sea view in the distance. The fourth bedroom is located on the ground floor also has en suite facilities. All the bedrooms are very comfortable with plenty of wardrobe space and with en suite (wash basin, shower, toilet)
