Teammate Ellie came to visit! We had an immersive day out without leaving the UK. It began with a delicious taste of Vietnam at NoyasKitchen, one of my favourite restaurants in Bath, followed by a med themed paint and sip, French bubbles and Italian pizza making 🍕

Vietnam is not a one-stop trip. Basket boats, river valleys, limestone bays, temples, rice terraces, and a very good bowl of noodles all belong to the same country.

That viral itinerary saved on your phone was designed for someone else.

Social media is wonderful for inspiration, and we love when clients bring us a folder of saved posts. But an itinerary that photographs beautifully can be exhausting to actually live. Six cities in nine days makes a great reel and a terrible holiday.

So we translate. The saved posts tell us what catches your eye. Then we ask about the things the posts never show: your pace, how you like your mornings, whether you’d rather have one perfect dinner or three good ones, what a wasted day feels like to you.

A shift we’ve noticed in this season's bookings: travellers are choosing the culture first and the destination second.

Seeing the landmark is easy. Understanding what you are looking at is what changes the trip. A temple ceremony in Bali, a festival in Mexico, and a market or fortified village in Morocco each ask something different of the traveller. Timing, local context, etiquette, and the right guide turn a colourful stop into an experience that makes sense.
