with enormous open plan country-style kitchen equipped with American-style fridge freezer, ultra-modern electric range, and high-spec appliances. There is a large central island, dining room area with seating for 8 and lounge area with a wood-burning stove. The 3 bedrooms all enjoy the comfort of their own ensuite bathroom. 2 of the superking beds can also be made up as twins. Unbelievable south facing views from the picture window and a magnificent bathroom with roll top bath. The Coach House is a bit different from its sister properties of Laverick Cottage and The Bothy. It is not self-catering but simply offers four beautifully furnished and decorated bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom has a Smart TV, good wifi and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Three have king-size beds and the other is a twin room. There is also a little patio terrace area outside for guests to enjoy an early morning coffee enjoying the fresh air of Northumberland before maybe heading down the road the The Boatside Inn pub for an infamous English breakfast. All the beds at Stay On The Hill are super comfortable with deep mattress toppers, Egyptian cotton bedlinen and luxury pillows, while the towels are all fluffy, white and good quality toiletries are provided. Stay On The Hill is just a few miles from Hadrian's Wall and the Roman site of Vindolanda. Kielder Forest and the Northumberland National Park are also not far. Or just try one of the many walks on your doorstep. The historic market town of Hexham is a short drive away, and there are some terrific country pubs too – the Red Lion in Newbrough, serving great food and local ales, the popular Angel at Corbridge, and even Hjem, Micheline restaurant just across the river in Wall. Stay On The Hill is ideal for groups of friends or families looking to spend some time exploring this unspoilt region of Northumberland.
