Due to a change of dates we now have Saturday the 30th & Sunday 31st of August available in our Herdwick Hideaway with a hot tub.

Walking up Angletarn is a truly unforgettable experience. The trail winds gently through the stunning landscape . Its gradually revealing expansive views of rolling hills, craggy peaks, and serene valleys. As you ascend, the natural beauty becomes more breathtaking with every step- lush greenery, heather-covered slopes, and the distant shimmer of lakes below.

When you finally reach Angle Tarn, the sights nothing short of magical. Nestled high among the fells, the Tarn is a peaceful, mirror-like body of water surrounded by rugged rocks and wild beauty. The panoramic views from the top are awe- inspiring, offering a sense of stillness and connetion with nature that stays with you long after the walk is over.

We had an absolutely divine meal again tonight. Definitely worth a try. Chateaubriand with brandy peppercorn sauce and bearnaise sauce. Cooked to our 👌 perfection. Great company!

Asparagus with crispy bacon. Courgettes with peppers, onion rings and skinny fries.

Another stunning day in the Lake District today. We set off from Deepdale Hall luxury shepherd's huts and went up Lantys Tarn. We walked through Crookabeck and through side farm. Its a beautiful walk and all of us enjoyed it. We passed through the church yard and over the King's George playing field. Its a circular walk. Then we walked up onto Lantys Tarn.

The views are beautiful.

It was warm and we stopped on the way back at R&R corner shop for an ice cream and drinks.

Spot and Boss loved dipping in all all the water we passed. We had two little dachshunds too, which also loved the walk.

We got a 5th Luxury Shepherd's hut in May and have not officially introduced it.

This is our absolutely stunning Nutkins Nest! The views are incredible and the there are squirrels which live very close by. We have put a squirrel feeder infront of the hut.

The hot tub is very inviting especially with weather like today.

Lovely day for a walk with the dogs around brothers water. We stopped off at Sykeside for an ice cream. This is a great circular walk right from your luxury shepherd's hut. Its about 2 hours. There is an option for a drink abd lunch atvthe Brothers water Inn half way around.

We have availability in our Nutkins Nest for 2 nights on Monday 18th & Tuesday 19th of August. £320 for 2 nights. Hot tub, fire pit and bbq included.

We also have 24th & 25th of August in our Highland Hideaway luxury shepherd's hut. £320 for 2 nights. Hot tub fire pit and bbq too.
