Things I check when booking for a family....... What is the area like?... ✨️Is it safe and child friendly? Are there age appropriate activities for your children on site or nearby. Room size... ✨️Where possible, I will find separate joining rooms or at least a sliding door partition for those of you with pre teens & teens ( I know mine don't want to share a room with us anymore ☺️) ✨️Is there room for a cot if nesasery next to or close to the bed. ✨️Making sure there is a balcony or terrace for parents wanting to chill out in their room after little one has gone to sleep. ✨️If you have a pram, make sure you are on the ground floor. Transfers.... ✨️Many countries now you will need a car chair for your little one. If this is the case, I check to see if the airlines rent them out. This means no carrying and transporting heavy chairs around ( you have enough to carry 😉) Arriving.... Traveling can be exhausting and overwhelming without the excitement for your children (and you) so i always contact the hotel ahead of your arrival to arrange any welcome gifts, snacks and drinks they may be able to arrange in your hotel rooms. 💖💖 This is to name but a few....
