This is the North Façade of the the Victoria and Albert Museum, originally intended to be the main entrance, built between 1864-1869.
The Mosaic in the triangular pediment, commemorates the Great Exhibition of 1851, the profits from which helped fund the creation the museum.
A visit with means you won’t miss this view. It’s a great spot for a well earned pit stop in the Garden Cafe
