This is why I like to build up relationships with the teams at the hotels where I book my clients for their . The level of this Concierge's personal service matches the level of that I provide. My clients had special communication needs (as well as being in their 80s in for the first time), and my Concierge contact not only gave his team a full briefing about these care guests but also undertook to personally look after my clients' arrival and departure transportation. Very impressive.

I personally met few times with Mrs. ###xx and Mr. ###xx during their stay. Also, just confirming you that I have printed their boarding passes this morning and handed over to our guests. At 9.26am both got picked up by the chauffeur from hotel to airport. I am hoping they enjoyed their stay at the hotel.
