Cardigan 21 is situated in a quiet area of Quay West, offering stunning views of the village of Newquay, the beach and harbour and beyond. There is adequate parking situated alongside the caravan for your sole use. Our caravan is both spacious and luxurious enabling a home from home experience with all the usual mod cons available for your use. The caravan has two bedrooms and additional sleeping
facilities in the lounge and will comfortably accommodate up to 6 persons. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with a walk-in wardrobe and several cupboards for storage and the benefit of an en-suite shower room. A freeview television is also available for your entertainment. The second bedroom has twin beds, a wardrobe and cupboards for storage. This room also has a freeview television / DVD player available for your use. The family bathroom is situated in the hallway with it's main feature being a full-size bath with over shower and heated towel rail. The large, integrated kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine continues to offer the home from home experience with the usual kitchen itenary provided for your use. The spacious lounge is accessed through sliding doors from the kitchen / dining room and has a comfortable free-standing three piece suite, which easily converts into a bed. A 32 inch freeview television and DVD player, with a selection of DVDs, is also available. The large decking area can be accessed via the main door or the french doors which are situated in the lounge and offers a relaxing place to enjoy the views and unwind at the end of the day. A table with reclining chairs and sun umbrella are available for your comfort. The caravan is fully double glazed with central heating and radiators in each room and an additional electric fire in the lounge.
