The finished article...My take on the Last Dance in the Rain blanket - I did my own border and added a few quirks as many others did. It's a beautiful blanket thanks to all the efforts of the designers, and it's lovely and soft too!

Inspired by the last crochet-a-long, I came across another, Last Dance On The Beach, in memory of Marinke Slump, aka Wink, who sadly lost her battle with depression. Friends and fellow designers finished what Marinke started, to create a pattern for a beautiful blanket. Available in a choice of 3 colourways, I chose Dance In The Rain. I'll post up my progress as I go (slowly!)
