And just like that, another KingsHill weekend has come to an end 😢

What a great time we had at our Bank Holiday Weekender at the beautiful Skipton Hotel. Thank you so much for joining us and for booking again for next year ☺️

With the energetic Jamie Barnfield as DJ/host, live music from the bubbly Kelly McCall on Saturday night and Mr Showman himself, Derek Magill Darby entertaining us on Sunday night, with the added entertainment from Jamie who “sang” 22 with Kelly on Saturday night whilst I returned the favour on Sunday night and “sang” with Derek, a continuous party kind of atmosphere was present throughout ☺️

Lovely to see you all at the workshops, hope you enjoyed your free afternoon exploring the beautiful Yorkshire surroundings which also provided us with stunning sunsets after we started dancing in the evenings 🌅

Guests welcomed the idea of Jamie’s retro hour on Sunday morning, very well received as classic dances filled the floor including a teach of Rachael McEnaney’s “Mack the knife”. It was lovely to watch you all dance the classics for a full hour ☺️

Saturday night saw a sea of red, white and blue for our “Best of British” themed fancy dress 🇬🇧🇬🇧 and well done to “The Peaky Blinders”, enjoy your tub of chocs 😁

For those joining us for our Bank Holiday Weekender at The Skipton Hotel, Skipton, the theme for the weekend is "Best of British" and you can show off your lovely outfits on Sunday night when there will be a fancy dress parade (I have tubs of chocolates 😁). NB - fancy dress is optional.

Our knowledgeable and friendly staff continue to help dancers to enjoy the company of the best dance hosts in the best dance locations … always providing the best value for money. Whether you are a Line Dancer, Partner Dancer or Sequence Dancer, travelling alone or as part of a group, our holidays are an ideal place to make new friends and have a great time dancing.
