Stansted Express is the fastest route between Stansted Airport and central London. Taking just 47 minutes to London Liverpool Street and 36 minutes to Tottenham Hale, the fast, direct and frequent trains depart every 15 minutes. We therefore ask for the help of all users in refraining from using offensive language and ensuring content they post is appropriate when contacting us. In return we aim to provide a friendly, efficient and useful service with live updates on our service from our Twitter feed during staffed hours as well as ensuring our users comments are heard within Stansted Express / Greater Anglia. We currently monitor our Social Media streams between 06:30 and 20:30 Monday to Friday, 10:00 -19:00 Saturday and 10:00 - 18:00 Sunday . If you’d like a response to a query, please let us know using our Twitter Feeds ( or ). We monitor posts to our page but do not routinely reply directly to these. Because Social Media is a public forum there are some topics we don’t discuss (for example issues around specific members of staff). If you’d like to raise these you’re welcome to do so via our Customer Relations Team. We hope users will respect this but we do reserve the right to block and report comments that are obscene, indecent, libellous or threatening to other users or the Social Media team. Users chose not to comply with this will receive a warning and where we feel it is appropriate we may remove access to posting and commenting on all our Social Media feeds.
