Gemma Sharpe is a fully qualified member of the Worshipful Company of Farriers and having completed her 4 year 2 month apprenticeship in hapmshire with Chris Linssner AWCF, has relocated back to Nottinghamshire. A friendly service to high standards are among Gemma's key business ethics as well as being polite, courteous and understanding of her customer's requirements. Gemma is based in Newton but is fully equipped and able to provide her services around the whole of Nottinghamshire. I’m overjoyed to have started another learning challenge: a foundation degree for the first two years, and—if my brain can handle it—a bachelor’s degree for the second two. I’ll be attending two days a month and doing lots of work in between. To help me with the business, I have two fantastic farriers on board who’ll work alongside me a few days a month. It’s an exciting and daunting time, and I’m already fully immersed in it—and loving the process.

Though I’ve posted about her previously, here’s another look. The progress is gradual but promising. She moves around her paddock much more comfortably now, unlike before when walking was a struggle. Her deformed leg is finally causing her much less discomfort.
