Beautiful sunflowers again this year. So worth a visit to see these gorgeous sunny flowers.

Wow! What a first 10 days of the 2025 season it’s been! Thank you to everyone that has visited so far. The compliments we have received make it all worth while. Last week the lovely Holly from ITV Meridian News Weather came to film her weather report amongst the sunflowers. If you saw it you’ll know we’ve got lots of sunflowers of all colours and sizes in the maze ready for you to pick and take home with you. We are open everyday throughout August 10am - 3.30pm (gates locked 4.30pm) and at £5/person (under 5’s free) it would appear that not only are we the best sunflower maze in Sussex but the cheapest too! Tell your friends and come and see for yourselves!

This time last year, we were building the outside decking area on the Shorthorn hut. We have a very talented friend who made the metal frame here on the farm and then we had to use a bit of physics and agripower to position it and add the decking.

April 2024 has been filled with lambs! Just a few pictures of . They're all out in the green fields and growing well. The awful rain and wind that dominated lambing is a distant memory!

These cheeky faces have hit 8 weeks old and today left us for a new home with where they'll have a fantastic life roaming and foraging in woodland. We were lucky enough to sample some of their produce, and its not only beautifully packaged but very tasty and made with meat from animals who have lived their absolute best life!

Throwback to Monday's glorious sunrise! The huts have an uninterupted view of the sun rising over the surrounding South Downs. There is still some availability in March.............book to enjoy a relaxing break in a cosy hut with these views and hopefully some spring weather!

After a horribly wet and miserable morning we finally got some sun this afternoon and then were treated to this gorgeous sunset........is spring on its way?🤞🤞🤞

The beef shorthorn herd enjoying their breakfast! They are given a new section of the field everyday together with hay and silage. All in calf and due in April!

Great to have taken part in the Big Farmland Bird Count here at Courthill Farm. A whopping 36 species of birds identified here in one viewing. Huge thanks to and for all their help. So good to be farming to allow these birds to flourish and to be able to identify them

Something a bit different this week.....with the help of a very talented engineer! Grinding, drilling, folding and cutting metal to make new pig arks!
