The Black Mountain Pass (A4069) Biker Route, 🏍 complete with postcodes and a bit of info about each:

A). Llandovery (SA20 0AW)📍: The starting point of the Black Mountain Pass, Llandovery is a charming market town with a rich history. It's a great place to grab a bite to eat and fuel up before hitting the road.

B). Owl's Nest Tea Room Diner (SA20 0DJ)📍: A popular stop among bikers, this family-run cafe offers a large free car park, hot drinks, and delicious food. It's located on the site of the old Llandovery Garden Centre.

C). Llyn y Fan Fach (SA19 9UN)📍: A beautiful lake nestled in the Brecon Beacons National Park. It's a bit of a detour from the main route, but the stunning scenery and peaceful atmosphere make it worth the visit.

D). Herbert's Quarry (SA19 9UN)📍: An old limestone quarry with panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. It's a great spot to take a break and enjoy the scenery.

E). Gwaun-Cae-Gurwen (SA18 1HB)📍: The endpoint of the Black Mountain Pass, this village offers a few local amenities and a chance to relax after the thrilling ride.

These stops will give you a taste of the diverse landscapes and experiences along the Black Mountain Pass. Enjoy your ride! 🏍️

Lovely winter day at the gardens

With just one month to go, the countdown is on to our wonderful Winter Fair 🎅🏻🎁

We are all set to host one of Wales’ biggest festive events on the 29th & 30th November and the 1st December 2024.

We will once again be operating a FREE Park and Ride this year.

In our commitment to expand the parking available there is a change of location on the Saturday and Sunday. We will not be running the park and ride from Coleg Sir Gar's Gelli Aur Campus this year.

🚌 On the Friday, 29th November, the park and ride buses will run from Llandeilo RFC, SA19 6RS, from 9.30am. Click on the link at the bottom of this post to be taken to the event's full details including a google maps location.

🚌 NEW FOR THIS YEAR - On the Saturday and Sunday, 30th November and 1st December, the park and ride buses will run from Ysgol Bro Dinefwr in Ffairfach.
