Harvest barn has a big wrap around garden, that's lovely and private.
With minimum 3ft fencing and lots of grass it's perfect for kids and dogs!

It's so quiet and peaceful (except for all the bird song).

And if you're lucky, you'll find ripe strawberries, black currants, gooseberries, rhubarb or apples growing.

Harvest sleeps 8 across 4 bedrooms.

Yes, this really is in the UK!

The amazing beach at Overstrand, Norfolk, is within a 20 min drive of the barns.

There's a pay car park right at the top of the cliff, or if you're lucky you can nab one of the free on street parking spots.

The Cliff Top cafe makes the perfect place for lunch or a coffee. Or bring a picnic and enjoy it on the soft golden sand.

Just a 5 min drive (or lovely half an hour walk across the fields) from the barns!

This Sunday is Aldborough Village Fayre a fabulous family day out. We'll be running a lunch menu and a BBQ plus the outside bar will be in action. Loads of interesting stalls and attractions as always plus Tug o War at around 4pm between Aldborough, The Farmers, Cromer Lifeboat and The Walpole Arms. Hope to see you on Sunday if not before x

It's the wrong time of year for it, but, ooof, we love a log burner. Perfect for cosy evenings in after a busy day exploring the delights of North Norfolk.
Did you know that 3 of our 4 barns have log burners? (Only Owl doesn't!).
We provide a basket of logs plus some paper, kindling and matches for you to use.

Just a 5-10 minute drive from the barns is the lovely Alby Crafts and Gardens.
They do delicious breakfast, lunches and coffee (and let's not talk about the cake selection 🤤🤫).

The downstairs bedroom in Corner barn is our truly wheelchair accessible bedroom.
Accessed from the main downstairs hallway, the spacious bedroom has plenty of room for manoeuvring wheel chairs and for using bulkier bits of your own equipment like bed lifts.

The ensuite bathroom has a walk/roll in wet room area with grab rails, and we have a shower seat as well as a toilet surround that you can use.

Access to Corner barn is along a flat, wide, paved path and there is little/no threshold through the front doorway.

The rest of the downstairs of Corner barn is equally as wheel chair friendly, with big spaces and no door thresholds between the downstairs rooms.

When large groups come to stay, they shall congregate in Corner due to the larger size of the living areas.

The barns are only reachable by tiny, single track, country lanes. Don't worry, only a 5 minute drive and you'll be back on the main road (A140).

The roads are very quiet, and you'll rarely meet another vehicle, but if you do there are plenty of passing places.

Even with our rural location, you can still walk along the lanes to 3 fantastic pubs with half an hour.
The closest is a 20 min walk.
And if you're feeling adventurous, you can walk the pub at Itteringham (1hr) and Blickling (1hr 45mins).

Louise, who manages Church Farm Barns, has set up little business offering holiday property management services to other owners in North Norfolk.
