School’s (almost) out, summer fun and adventure is in!! 🌞🌿
As we get ready to welcome your amazing children to camp, we want to remind everyone that we are a NUT-FREE camp, safety first, always.
Packing snacks and lunches can be tricky, so here are some nut-free & healthy alternatives to keep energy levels high and tummies happy!
• Apple slices with sunflower seed butter
•Wraps, bagels/sandwiches with houmous, cheese, or turkey
•Fresh fruit
•Youghurts
•Cubed cheese, crackers and houmous
•Veggie sticks with tzatziki or guacamole
•Rice cakes, popcorn, or oat bars (always check labels!)
