Dumyat is nestled along the foothills of the Ochil Hills and is only about a 8-mile drive from Dollar, making it a perfect day trip. 🚗 The ascent was such a rewarding challenge, and the views from the top were beyond breathtaking! From the summit, you will be treated to a stunning panorama that included the iconic Wallace Monument, the historic town of Stirling, and the sprawling valley below. 😍🏞️ The peacefulness up there is like nothing else—truly a moment to soak in nature’s beauty.

Who is up for a party in Scotland this summer? I promise it’s to be a sizzler. Right on our doorstep we have a burn, a trail to Castle Campbell, World famous Dollar Academy who are the reigning schools piping champions and a very hilly golf course. So that covers all of you! Seriously you couldn’t visit Scotland at a better time and I urge you to click through and check out our availability. Scottish hills, Scottish glens and fine Scottish folks await your arrival. It will be a very warm Scottish Welcome with whisky, Haggis and I’m sure we can arrange a ceilidh too. Thanks for the shares 🫶🏼

Can you name the band? The Bluebells in Dollar are not a one off hit. They’re annual. Come see them and take a stroll in one of our splendid woodland walks in Scotland. Did you go to Dollar Academy? Have you booked your next birthday? why don’t you spend it with a group of friends and family in Dollar. We were delighted that Summer bookings stated to come in this week. It’s always lovely to hear of groups of friends coming back to Dollar to celebrate their birthdays. A 30th birthday party have booked for dinner and our accommodation to allow everyone time to make special memories. If you would like to know more and speak to me first hand then drop me a message and I’ll give you a call. Now let’s get out and see the cherry blossom.

Have you ever stayed in an airbnb with a view of a castle? Yup, literally from the decking, you look up and see Castle Campbell. Not only that but at the bottom of the garden there is a gate and you can make your way up to the castle in under twenty minutes. I know. I know. You must be fit I hear you say. Well relatively but honestly it is that close. This is the most romantic getaway for outdoor freedom and space then dining in or out in the evening. I like ambling down through the tree lined cherry blossom to the in the evening. Or a pint and fish and chips on a Friday Why don’t you click on the link and get yourself a wee night away? As your host I like to give you the privacy to enjoy the apartment and the freedom to feel it’s yours while you stay. I love the feeling of excitement visiting some place new so why would I spoil that by cramping your style! Outdoor fun running, walking and swimming are some of my passions and you’ll love it here. If you just want to relax with a view of the castle, then we’ve got that covered too! I allow you to settle in with the independence to retrieve keys from a key safe pad and not feel the need to be restricted by time and rules. I’m a rule breaker myself 🤣 so I love to meet all you wild and interesting characters. Most people come to visit friends and family living in Dollar; to climb the Ochil hills or settle their children into the boarding houses at Dollar Academy. Whatever your reason is to visit us, in the central belt of Scotland, we welcome you with open arms. 🫶🏼
