Each year on April 3rd, National Find a Rainbow Day challenges us to look to the sky and find a colourful ray of hope cast across it.

The Kakshaal Too is a large mountain range in the Central Tien-Shan. It stretches for a length of 582 kilometres (362 mi) between Kyrgyzstan and China. When rainbows appear here it is truly breathtaking

As a Travel Counsellor my service to you doesn’t end when I check you in for your flights…..here’s one recent example.

I checked my clients in and got a message on the day of travel that there was a delay. Of course, the clients were aware of this too but I sprang into action and contacted the hotel to advise them the guests would be arriving late and I also contacted the transfer company to ensure they knew to wait longer than the prescribed 1 hour. My clients didn’t need to worry about this extra “holiday admin” and I was able to keep them fully up to date via the Travel Counsellors App.

To me, the smooth sailing of a holiday is keeping the circle of communication going even when things such as delays, which are out of our control, happen. I’m with you every step of the way so you can relax!
