Elizabeth and her family had the best time at Helyg, our spacious four-bedroom holiday cottage near Conwy. From the spotless house and garden to the warm welcome from the hosts, everything was spot on. The kids loved days out at Sblash Aqua Park, Aber Falls, Llandudno Snowsports Centre, and the local beaches (with free paddling pools at Penmaenmawr, Llanfairfechan, Rhos-on-Sea and Llandudno!). Sounds like the perfect family getaway in the heart of Eryri. 🌿

“The best equipped house we’ve ever stayed in” – Bob’s words, not ours!

We could tell you how wonderful Gors-Lwyd is… but honestly, Bob does it better. His review calls it “probably the best equipped/appointed house we have stayed in” with “beautiful views all around, walks on your doorstep and absolute quiet (aside from the sound of sheep bleating).”

He also loved the games room for teenagers and rainy days, and even gave a nod to the excellent DVD library. So whether it’s sheep-spotting, walking, or winning at table tennis, Gors-Lwyd makes the perfect North Wales getaway.
