We are so lucky to have these amazing walks straight from the Old Mill all along the river.

WHAT AN AMAZING SPRING AND SUMMER.
The sun has shone and we have met so many lovely people. People just wanting a rest in the countryside here in West Devon, couples wanting to get away from it all, families exploring devon, walkers exploring Dartmoor, wild swimmers and fishermen enjoying the river here in Jacobstowe and many crazy dogs loving to swim and paddle.
We have now just opened our calender for 2026 and we will be taking bookings in August and September for next year AT THIS YEARS PRICES.

THE WEATHER IS GOING TO BE AMAZING TOO. WARM ENOUGH FOR WILD SWIMMING IN OUR 3 METRE DEEP POOL IN THE RIVER OR JUST CHILL OUT IN THE GARDEN ON THE SUNLOUNGERS. THE COTTAGES ARE SUPER COOL INSIDE IF IT GETS TOO HOT OUTSIDE.
Dogs can come too at no extra cost.
