You know what so unique about this place, something that’s soo special: Will, our veg stall manager is up at the crack of dawn everyday, from 5am begins his journey beetling around all the farms, collecting the best seasonal produce from around kent in our ford van. By 8am he’s back in Canterbury preparing the stall for opening at 9am and for chef to select for the daily restaurant menu. There’s nothing like it really, and it means we can represent small and bigger farmers equally.
For you this means the absolute freshest produce in peak condition with the finest nutritional profile. It’s incredible
