I am Slovakian born and have been in the hospitality and catering industry for over 15 years. I went into Silver Service training as soon as I was old enough, working in a five star hotel before moving to the UK. When I arrived in the UK I trained as a cocktail bartender and before I knew it, I was managing a tren

dy and very busy late night cocktail bar and nightclub called Mango Lounge, situated in Kensington & Chelsea, London. I was the Bar Manager in Mango Lounge for 6 years and in that time I organised and managed almost 2,700 birthday parties [I know, almost 10 every weekend – crazy!], 58 engagement parties and 157 corporate functions. We also provided a mobile bar service for weddings practically every weekend. Enough experience I think. I then thought of “Majemi” my brand name, registered a company, registered my trade mark, set up my website, bought a mobile bar … and voila here is my own mobile cocktail bar business and it keeps me very busy indeed.
