Nous recherchons un responsable clients et propriétés expérimenté et indépendant pour prendre en charge la gestion des opérations dans la station de Chamonix – d'en assurer un fonctionnement fluide et continu et de contribuer à offrir des expériences de vacances de luxe qui dépassent les attentes des clients.

Cela comprendra notamment la gestion de notre portefeuille de chalets de luxe du point de vue de la propreté, de l’efficience de leur fonctionnement et de leur rentabilité, tout en maintenant le bien-être et la discipline du personnel ainsi que la gestion des finances et des budgets. Cela inclura également une dimension clientèle importante.

Ce poste permettra d’offrir au bon candidat un salaire et des avantages compétitifs (y compris un logement et un forfait de ski) ainsi qu'une excellente opportunité d'évolution au sein de notre entreprise. We are looking for an experienced and independent clients & properties Manager to take charge of managing the Haute Collection Mont-Blanc operations in the Chamonix Valley – ensuring smooth, continuous and successful operation and helping to deliver luxury holiday experiences that exceed guest expectations.

This will include managing our portfolio of luxury chalets from the point of view of cleanliness, operational efficiency and profitability, while maintaining the well-being and discipline of staff as well as the management of finances and budgets. This will also include an important customer facing dimension.

This job will offer the right candidate a competitive salary and benefits (including accommodation and lift pass) and also a great opportunity to grow within our company. We are looking for a person that seeks a permanent position, not just a seasoner contract.
