𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟮: 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗨𝘀
From the initial contact, you’ll be assigned your very own dedicated travel specialist who will remain your sole-point of contact from the planning stage right through to your return home. First, we’ll have a chat to understand what you’re looking for. We’ll ask the standard questions but also delve a little deeper to ensure we design you a holiday around exactly how you like to travel. If you’re based in Nottinghamshire, we can offer face-to-face appointments either at your home or in your favourite coffee shop. Alternatively, we offer consultations by phone or video call for all clients.
𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟯: 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲
Once the destination and dates have been decided, your travel specialist will start planning a trip that is completely bespoke to you. They’ll review hotel options, figure out the pacing and flow, determine key flight and transfer logistics, and discuss the various things to see and do.
𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟰: 𝗜𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗮𝗹
You will receive a detailed, `first draft’ itinerary to bring the ideas to life. This will include journey times, handpicked hotels, well-planned activities, optional extras, price, and deposit details. Feel free to tweak this as much as you like – or even ask for something completely new. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your itinerary. All our tailor-made holidays carry full ABTA & ATOL protection for your financial peace of mind.
𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟱: 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
Once you’re 100% happy with the itinerary, your travel specialist will collect your deposit payment and proceed to confirm the individual travel elements that make up your ABTA & ATOL protected tailor-made holiday. You will receive a confirmed travel itinerary, booking confirmation and statement of account detailing your final balance due date.
𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟲: 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗗𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
Approximately 3-4 weeks before departure, you will receive your travel documents. Your dedicated travel specialist will call you upon receipt to make sure you have everything you need and to answer any last-minute questions.
𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟳: 𝗪𝗵𝗶𝗹𝘀𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝘆
Whilst you’re overseas, you will be looked after by our handpicked partners and local experts on the ground. Alternatively, we’re only a phone call or email away and totally committed to supporting your trip until the moment you get back home.

A few days after you’ve returned home, we’ll collect your feedback (by phone, email or in person) as your comments help us improve our service and plan better trips.
