Music and ME Music Development sessions for children aged 3 months to 5 years. Unlike many music groups, Music and ME always includes live music.

Music and ME provide fun, creative and educational music classes for children aged from 3 months to 5 years. Located around London and Surrey, our fun packed music sessions help enhance young children’s cognitive, language, physical, creative, and social-emotional development. At Music and Me we understand the importance of music in the early stages of life and so we’ve structured our music sessio

ns to allow children to adopt a life long love and appreciation for music and it’s therapeutical benefits. Through the use of melody, rhythm and rhyme, our activities will also equip children with the tools to develop vocal, aural and movement based skills. We also have our own tailor made album of songs which are great for motivating your little ones to achieve every day but difficult tasks! Our sessions offer a monthly theme which incorporates weekly learning objects using many different visual and physical aids to stimulate social development. Mini Beasts 🪲🐞🦋

Mini beast play is a fun and educational sensory activity that sparks curiosity and imagination in young children!

Surrounded by colourful bugs, beetles, butterflies, and flowers, little ones can explore different textures, shapes, and colours while developing important motor skills. Using pincers to pick up the creatures strengthens fine motor control, hand-eye coordination, and the pincer grasp—skills that support writing and self-care. Carefully placing the bugs into jars builds focus and spatial awareness too. It’s hands-on learning that’s full of discovery, laughter, and the magic of nature!

Bish, bash, bosh — I did it!

I officially abseiled down St Helier Hospital, and what an incredible experience it was!

From the bottom of my heart, thank you to every single one of you who supported me — whether you donated, sent kind words, or cheered me on from afar. Your generosity and love truly meant the world.

Together, we raised an amazing £1,180 for the NICU Unit — the very team who saved my daughter’s life. This money will go towards life-saving equipment and essential support for other families who find themselves in the same place we once were.

I’m so proud and deeply grateful to all my family, friends, and lovely clients who gave so generously — simply because you care. I’m lucky to have you in my life.

Every week in my Music with Therapy sessions, I get the absolute joy of playing with Lucas — a brilliant young man with autism who has a deep love for repetition and numbers. And do you know what his all-time favourite song is?

“5 Little Monkeys Jumping on the Bed!”
(It’s a classic for a reason, right?)

For Lucas, this song isn’t just fun — it’s a moment of comfort and connection. The rhythm, the counting, and the playful repetition help regulate his mood, settle his concentration, and spark his musical creativity in the most beautiful way.

Week after week, those little monkeys help us build trust, laughter, and learning — and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Music really is magic.

I’m Abseiling Down a Building This Friday!!
(Yes… really!! What was I thinking!?)

I’ve officially hit my fundraising target – hooray! But let’s be honest… when it comes to raising money for our incredible hospital, there’s no such thing as “enough.”

Every single penny donated goes towards life-changing equipment and vital repairs that directly support patients, staff, and families. That’s why, even though I’ve reached my goal, I’d be over the moon if we could keep the momentum going.

We’re Just £190 Away from Our Goal – Can You Help Us Get There?

To my amazing customers, friends and supporters:

This Friday, I’m doing something completely terrifying—abseiling down the front of St Helier Hospital!
Why? Because this place has given my family more than I can ever put into words. And now, it’s my turn to give something back.

We’re raising money for the Epsom and St Helier Hospitals Charity, and we’re SO CLOSE to our £1,000 target—only £190 to go!

I’m asking—from the heart—for one last little push to help us cross the finish line.

If you’ve ever been touched by the NHS—or know someone who has—please consider donating, even a couple of pounds. This hospital saved my daughters life and many others so please, let’s hit this goal together and show our incredible hospital that we’ve got their back.
