🌟 I’m thrilled to announce that Wareham Tours is proudly partnering with Wareham Carnival this year! 🌟

To celebrate, I’ll be leading a special one‑hour guided walk through our beautiful town — packed with stories, surprises and over 1,000 years of Wareham history.

If you’ve ever wanted to see the town through a historian’s eyes, this is your moment. I’ll be sharing some of my favourite tales, from ancient defences to dramatic turning points that shaped the Wareham we know today.

📍 Starts & finishes: The Horse and Groom, St John’s Hill
💷 £6 per person — with £3 donated to Wareham Carnival
📅 Booking essential via the Eventbrite link below (booking fees apply)

My son is receiving an award at school this afternoon (unexpectedly) and I need to be there for 2:30 🤩🤩

👻 **BIG NEWS!** 👻
I'm absolutely thrilled to announce a fantastic new hub for Wareham Tours!
I'm teaming up with the wonderful ** The Horse and Groom Wareham **! 🍻✨

What does this mean for your next adventure?
* **The Ultimate Finale:** For the tours starting here, you can grab a drink before we head out or swap stories at the pub right after!
* **Spooky Update:**
The Original Wareham Ghost Walks will now be starting from here. (The perfect setting for a spine-chilling evening...)

Speaking of ghost walks... keep your eyes peeled! 👀 I have some spooky **summer dates going live very soon**.

Who's ready to explore Wareham with me from my awesome new haunt? 👇

*Note: While not every single one of my tours will use this new spot, many of my favourite routes will now start and finish right here.*

A rather sad sight in town today... 🥺 As you can see in the video the Lloyds bank sign is already being painted over after closing yesterday.
South street just won't look quite the same without it! It makes you wonder what's going to happen to the building next 🤔

The beauty of living, working, and volunteering in a close-knit community like Wareham is that your worlds often cross over in unexpected, rewarding ways.
This weekend, while taking a brief pause from running Wareham Tours, my work with Planet Purbeck and my volunteer role as Chair of the PTFA at Wareham St Mary Primary School aligned perfectly.
After months of collaborative planning, we hosted a fantastic community camp-out on the school playing field. For me, the ultimate highlight was the bat walk before bed—bringing 90 children and parents together to watch incredible wildlife right on their doorstep (whilst dodging a fair few may bugs!). 🦇🪲

Thank you to everyone who supported, organised, and survived the bugs!
