Bear population more then we anticipated years ago since the prohibition on hunting. 13,000 bears are living in the country at the moment.

As Romania's bear population grows, so do the opportunities for travellers to come face to face with the predators in a responsible way.

🐾 I’m not saying anything, but…
look who stopped by my campsite at sunset. 😅

She didn’t growl, didn’t steal anything.
Maybe she just liked my rooftop tent setup.
Or the mountain graphics on the truck. Who knows.

❄️ Six days of real winter — without unnecessary risks. Just well-chosen routes, great people, and clean, quiet nature.
I organized this off-road winter tour from start to finish: safe yet scenic routes, fully equipped vehicles, and comfortable accommodation.
