This weekend was my first training with at the black out event and the first time I met my amazing team at
I’m genuinely inspired. What a beautiful group of people 🧡

Being in a room with independent travel agents who are building flexible, successful businesses around something they truly love was energising.

🎉 There was celebration.
💥 There were real success stories.
💙 But what stood out most was the wisdom.

Hearing insights from people who have built serious, sustainable income in this industry not through hype, but through structure, supplier relationships and strategy was so powerful.

Done. Except… not quite.

When I design a trip, I’m not just looking at price.

I’m thinking about:

• The energy of each destination

😬 This year, I realised I wasn’t practising what I preach.

My son is leaving home.
The “empty nest” chapter is here and if I’m honest, it unsettled me more than I expected.
My first instinct? Panic.

I started applying for jobs I didn’t even want. Roles that didn’t excite me. Positions that didn’t fit the life I’ve carefully built.
And then I caught myself.

I wasn’t following my own advice.
💫Do what you love.
💫Chase your dreams.
💫Keep moving forward.

Travel has shaped every chapter of my life from backpacking 🎒through the Himalayas to Christmas on a Thai 🇹🇭 beach with my family.
It’s always been the thing that lights me up.
So instead of choosing “safe,” I chose alignment.

This next chapter is about building something intentional.
And it feels like the right move.
