✨️ PORTUGAL SOUL WEEKENDER 2026 – DISCO NIGHT ✨

What an incredible evening! After spotting the legendary Gwen Dickey of Rose Royce mingling with guests and dining just a table away over the past few days, seeing her take to the stage was something truly special.

Huge thanks to my PSW friend Mark Bendickter — and his lovely wife Alison — for pulling me to the front. As someone who is vertically challenged, getting a ringside view isn't always easy when surrounded by a crowd of tall people! Luckily for me, Mark likes to look after his flock 😄

The whole night was wonderfully emotional, but the highlight? When Gwen looked straight at me during Car Wash and said "work it, lady" 🥰 — I was absolutely thrilled!

That moment hit even closer to home because years ago, a friend's young son couldn't quite say "Carol," so he nicknamed me Carwash instead. It stuck for years — so that song has always held a special place in my heart 🤩

And just like that… 30 days completed 🙌

I'll be honest — I was away in Portugal for the final couple of days and missed Kieron's final day calls and Rachael's closing call. But I've watched, listened and absorbed calls from every other day of the 30X Formula and I genuinely cannot overstate what an extraordinary month it has been.

30 days. 30+ leaders. Hundreds of hours of real stories from real people — mums, nurses, ex-army, GPs, therapists, corporate professionals — all of whom made one decision that changed everything.

What struck me most wasn't the income figures (although they're pretty hard to ignore). It was the personal transformation behind every single story. The confidence found. The freedom created. The lives genuinely changed — not just financially, but in ways that go so much deeper than that.

Rachael Lalji — who started us off on Day 1 and closed us out on the final morning call — has built something truly special here. A community of people who show up, support each other, and prove every single day that ordinary people can build extraordinary lives.

💛 I'm currently soaking up some sunshine in Portugal (yes, I missed the last couple of lives 😅) but every single call has added fuel to the fire for what's coming next. They've been invaluable in setting me up for my own relaunch — and I cannot wait to share more of that journey with you. Watch this space 👀 🔥

Day 1 (cont.) - ✨ Portugal Soul Weekender 🎶

Well that's a wrap on our first day staying at the Pr1me Energize in Monte Gordo, Portugal.

We picked up our lovely hire car (arranged through my travel business) at the airport and drove the 40 minutes or so to the hotel.

My travel buddy and I had a lovely first day. We met up with friends for dinner at the hotel before having an early night. Lots of fun and merriment all round. So much so, that the people on the next table asked to be moved. Jane had been up since 3am and I hadn't even made it to bed! Last minute as usual with my packing meant there was no time to catch any shut eye 😴

Carlos, who checked us into the hotel left some treats in the room for us, along with a voucher for 10% any spa treatment.

We had a late breakfast before packing up and moving a short distance down the road to our next hotel. That is really where the funs begins.

Week 3. Seven more stories. One very special guest.

If you've been following along, you'll know by now that every week of the 30X Formula just gets better — and Week 3 was no exception.

This week we heard from a railway worker who quit her job within six months and booked £100K of travel. A GP who was burning out working 11-hour days six days a week — and used this to cut her clinical days and get her life back. An NHS worker of six years who said yes to a stranger online and now has her exit plan firmly in place. A former cabin crew member of 19 years whose airline went into administration — and who never went back to get another job. A therapist who spent two decades not getting paid when she didn't work — and completely changed that. And a mum of three who left her 9–5 in January and hasn't looked back since.

🔥 But the highlight of the week? Lin Sherlock brought in a very special guest — Frazer Brookes, one of the most respected speakers and coaches in the industry. A second-generation networker who built a team of over 300,000 using social media, spoken on stages in 41 countries, and authored bestselling books I Dare You and I Double Dare You. Having him join the Zoom was something else 🔥

21 days in. 30 leaders. Story after story of ordinary people building extraordinary lives.

I have had a wonderful time this evening at the in New Brighton for an event hosted by my friend .mallon.5

You just know when you get an invite to one of Claire's events that it's going to be a great night. And, of course, I couldn't resist buying some goodies.

It was my first visit to The Olive Tree, but it certainly won't be my last. The food was amazing and the staff couldn't do enough to ensure we all had a great time 👏

It was also my first Christmas dinner so far this year and I guarantee it won't be my last by a long shot 😂
