When you've had a stressful week all round, nothing could put a bigger smile on our faces than this chocolate cake version of Elsie made by our fabulous friend Catherine Jackson !!!!

We're having withdrawals from our Wrexham AFC footie away days, but this beauty has helped fill that gap!
