Our Story

Hello, my name is Emily and I am the manager of the Yate branch of Hays Travel. I have been in travel since 2001 when I started with Thomas Cook, then joining the Hays family after the collapse in 2019. I have travelled extensively in the past including Sri Lanka, Goa, Maldives, USA & the Caribbean. More recently I have been to European family friendly hotels since having my two children.

Let me introduce you to the rest of my team:

As a team we have over 100 years experience of booking dream holidays for our customers. We have travelled to a wide range of destinations between us so have a wealth of knowledge. Jenny is our assistant manager. Her favourite sunny destinations are Greece and Italy. Her favourite snowy destination is skiing in Austria. Catalina's favourite destinations are Thailand, Mexico and Kenya. She has a wealth of foreign exchange knowledge as she was previously a foreign exchange consultant.

Sharon is our cruise expert, having cruised with a range of different cruises lines. Her favourite destinations are Crete, Mauritius and Florida.
