Ye Olde Red Lion Luxury Glamping Our three glamping pods are newly installed for 2022 and are sited in a landscaped green area away from the main public house.

Here at Ye Olde Red lion we have our three newly installed Glamping pods for 2022. These are sited in a landscaped green area tucked away from the main public house. We have two pods that comfortably sleep 4 adults and one larger pod that sleeps 6. Each po

d has its own patio area with patio furniture. Each pod is self-catering with an en-suite shower room and kitchen area with a two ring hob. All the pods have gas central heating to keep you warm on those colder days. All bedding and towels are provided. The larger pod of the three has two bedrooms which include one king size bed, bunk beds and a double sofa bed. The two smaller pods have a double bed and double sofa bed. This coming weeks midweek food offer at Ye Old Red Lion HOSM is the last one this year but the big one. It’s the one that got the most votes and it’s pie night. Served this coming Tuesday and Wednesday nights from 4.30 until 8pm for only £7.00pp to eat in or take away. Start with the pies and will we serve your choice of steak and potato, creamy chicken, bacon and leek, sausage cheese and beans or mince beef and onion. All homemade and you try one or try a bit of all of them. Then help your self to homemade chips, peas, mushy peas and rich thick gravy. We are already very busy for both nights so please book early by calling 01430 860220, message me or comment on this post. As it’s the last one of this year we will try and get as many booked in as possible but it will still be available on both nights to take away. This coming weeks unmissable food offer is the one that made third place in last weeks vote, it’s fish supper night. Served this coming Tuesday and Wednesday nights from 4.30 until 8pm for only £7.00pp to eat in or take away. Start with your choice of an 8oz skinless and boneless haddock fillet in black sheep ale batter, 2 homemade fish cakes or scampi tails. Then help yourself to homemade chips, garden peas, mushy peas, tartar sauce and bread and butter. Our midweek food offers have proved very successful at Ye Olde Red Lion HOSM and a massive thank you to everyone that has supported us. We won’t be doing these in December as our Christmas menu starts for the month. This only leaves us 3 more weeks to go so tell us what you want for those 3 weeks whether it’s your favourite so far or something new. Comment on this post and what ever are the top 3 we will run over the remaining 3 weeks. We will then start the offer again in January. Thanks again

Served this coming Wednesday, one night only this week as its bonfire night on Tuesday, from 4.30 until 8pm for only £7.00pp to eat in or take away. Start with hand sliced roast topside of beef or boneless leg of pork with crunchy crackling both from A. Laverack & Son Butchers. Then help yourself to homemade Yorkshire puddings, roast and mashed potatoes, honey roast carrots, peas, savoy cabbage, stuffing, rich thick gravy, horseradish and apple sauce.
