About the Role

We are seeking a knowledgeable and reliable, customer-focused Tour Operator with a valid C-Class License to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, has strong knowledge of local routes, history and attractions, and can deliver safe, memorable travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely and professionally in accordance with all traffic laws and internal policies
• Transport guests to and from designated locations, tours, and excursions
• Provide friendly, informative commentary and support throughout the tour
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any mechanical issues promptly
• Uphold exceptional customer service standards and represent the company positively
• Support tour logistics, scheduling, and coordination as needed

Requirements

• Valid C-Class Driver’s License
• GTA Certification
• Clean driving record and strong safety awareness
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of local roads, attractions, and cultural points of interest
• Ability to work flexible hours, including Sundays and holidays
• Professional appearance and customer‑oriented attitude
• Previous experience in tourism, transportation, or hospitality is an asset
