The most cinematic wine festival - .festival - just finished in Mukhrani and I can't get over it 🧡

Which wine tastes better in the pool?

Last week I went to Paragraph Shekvetili to do a staff training with .ge, and my main idea was to build it on "if the guest asked for this, offer that".

While we did talk about the percentage of people who ask for Rkatsiteli and Tsolikouri and who could actually be happy with white Burgundy and Riesling, at some point the conversation switched to the atmosphere and wine combo, which was also an interesting take.

We kind of finished with the idea that those wines that had highest level of flinty, mineral flavours, would be the best for the pool / beach setting, because it feels right.

Some of the attendees tasted non-Georgian wine for the first time. I hope they'll also like offering them to the guests, and hope to order a bottle of Heidsieck to the room next time I'm here!
