Some of the best memories are made around the table 💭

Hidden inside a beautifully restored historic glkhatun (a traditional Armenian house), our guests are invited to discover the timeless tradition of Armenian lavash baking. Together with local masters Anna and Gohar, they learn to prepare, stretch, and bake lavash in a traditional tonir before enjoying it fresh from the fire with local cheeses and seasonal appetizers 🧑🏻‍🍳🫓🧀

Some meetings are simply unforgettable 🫶🏻

While managing two projects in Armenia simultaneously, we had the unexpected opportunity to meet Prime Minister - Nikol Pashinyan 🇦🇲🤝

All of this happened against the vibrant backdrop of Vardavar, Armenia’s beloved water festival, bringing an extra sense of joy, tradition, and celebration to an already memorable day 🪣💧

We had a brief but genuinely pleasant conversation, shared what we do at APIKO DMC, and wished each other continued success. It was inspiring to meet someone so approachable, communicative, and down-to-earth 🙌🏻
