It was a dream that had somehow found itself in the backburner (pun intended) but now no longer. Work and wanderlust takes me places. And when I go places, I eat!!! Yes...!! Do I eat!! Want to try out all local cuisine and all sorts of ingredients. If people out there are eating it, I don't mind trying it out myself. Not always have those experiments resulted in successes... sometime I did regret a few such adventures. But what is life without such risks? And when I like a dish, it becomes a restless follow on till the itme I am able to re-create it - mostly adding a few of my personal touches to them - sometime due to improvisation and sometimes due to replacements (of unavailable ingredients). I am sure there are others out there who share this same passion.. and guess what we can create if all such food maniacs come together!! That's what I want.. that's what you can help me achieve...! So ... all you "foodies" out there... let's eat.. and then cook.. and then eat more...
