Avdos olive house: This house is in an olive grove in a wholly natural setting with a wonderful view to the sea. There is only one other house nearby - next to an old path leading to a fantastic isolated beach. Close to the property is the remains of an ancient tower - Avdos tower. Please be aware that access to the house for the final 300 metres is along a gravel track. You will certainly need a car if you would like to enjoy the beauties of the island and reach the house. However, there is a regular bus en route to Pyrgos, and from the bus-stop it is just a 10-min walk to the property. For those with a car there is a parking area just outside the property.
