Mashed potatoes
Chicken, mushroom sauce and steamed vegetables
Recipe for mushroom sauce
MUSHROOM SAUCE
Ingredients
Sliced Mushrooms
Onion
Garlic (fresh or powder )
Butter
Flour
Milk
Black pepper
Salt
METHOD
Fry onions till soft. Add mushroom and finely grated garlic. Fry till Mushrooms are cooked. Add flour and keep stirring till the flour is well mixed and cooked. Add milk and continue stirring till you get the desired consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste.
