I’m so glad you came to check out my message. Here are three highlights from my year that I would love to share with you:

Touring with My Parents!
My father, the “swimmer”, didn’t always feel proud of me for working as a guide—I guess he didn’t quite understand what my tours were like. So, I took him and my uncles on a tour twice. The result? He learned to smile and even brag about my job!

The second tour was on his 70th birthday, where we wore matching father-son outfits.

As for my mom, I treated her to a fancy dinner high up on the promenade, followed by a romantic junk boat ride. She loved it!

My First Thanksgiving in Hong Kong!
I was booked for a tour by a group of expats, and we became friends afterwards. After home hangouts, a housewarming party, and a baby’s 100th day celebration in the mid-levels, I joined them for Thanksgiving on a rooftop. The views were stunning, the vibe was cozy, and I even carved the turkey!

Graduating from My Master’s Degree!
During COVID, I was inspired to study Expressive Arts Therapy in hopes of helping others through creative self-expression. I believe this is meaningful work, as I can walk alongside people on their unique journeys in life. However, it wasn't easy to get into the program. I even had Zoe agree to marry me if I was successfully admitted to HKU. After three years of hard work, I finally graduated and paid tribute to my wife by showing my wedding ring on stage.

This achievement wouldn’t have happened without your support. “Will you still guide though, Armie?” Absolutely. I still love guiding. I’ve met my wife and made so many friends along the way. While I’ll soon begin my journey as a therapist, I don’t think I’ll ever stop guiding-it’s part of me. Life is a journey, and it’s all about sharing moments and connections.

I plan to build my own guide website in spring 2026 and continue offering tours for those who value warmth and connection. I'd love your permission to share the photos from our tour online. Please let me know your thoughts.

Thank you for everything! I wish you and your loved ones luck, health, joy, and peace as we welcome the new year!

Best,
Armie

I truly enjoyed our time together, filled with good vibes and laughter.

Malaysian and Hong Kong cultures are both similar and different, allowing us to understand each other like old friends and offering insights into our lives.

Like food, we share a common taste but have different habits. The result? Pure appreciation and delight.

I love my Asian guests. Cheers to you, my friends from Malaysia 🇲🇾

Thank you for visiting my city. Take care. Send the baby my love and promise of red pocket! 🧧

So proud of you that you have cycled your longest distance ever on this tour! You deserve your favorite scallops with a seafood meal and some nice views! Raymond you just set the bar higher for husbands by not just supporting your wife the whole way through but peeling all the shrimps! What!?

Can’t believe I still get likes on this page😁 whether you are my old friend or new friend, a big thank you to you!

It’s been so long!! And a lot happened in the world we live in. I miss traveling as much as guiding. Do you get to travel these day though?

Obviously I’m not much of an online person. That’s why there’s not much updates on this page (sorry😅).

Good news is my passion for guiding hasn’t changed a single tiny bit. Instead, the whole COVID-19 situation has inspired me to figure out new ways to continue what I do. More online content coming soon so you can (re)visit Hong Kong from afar.😙 (I even invested in a MacBook Pro 😬💸💸💸)

Now I need some iced tea to freshen me up from my first video editing...it’s been 4 days straight...🤪Please look forward to it.

Let me know how it is going for you. Stay healthy! Stay tuned! 💪🏽

See you soon!
