Mr. YOS Sokhemrin, Consul General of the Kingdom of Cambodia in Hong Kong accompanied H.E.Dr SOEUNG Rathchavy, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the People’s Republic of China to participate in the Inauguration Ceremony of the ISOPT Charitable Foundation (ICF) in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the People's Republic of China.

The ICF Charitable Foundation was established to promote cancer prevention and control through charitable initiatives and to contribute to global health governance.

Mr. YOS Sokhemrin, Consul General of the Kingdom of Cambodia in Hong Kong participated in the PBC Forum 2026 organized by the Hong Kong Jockey Club in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the People's Republic of China and joined a welcome dinner for the Cambodian delegation led by H.E.Dr. Kim Sethany, Permanent Secretary of State of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport during her working visit in Hong Kong.

The forum adopts the theme “Leaping for Impact”. Inspired by the Olympic values of excellence, friendship and respect. The forum explores what philanthropy can learn from sport: discipline, focus, resilience, teamwork, performance management and continuous improvement.

The ASEAN Day for Hong Kong SMEs is composed of a seminar where business leaders, entrepreneurs and service providers be able to share their insights into how the SMEs can effectively tap into thre emerging opportunities in the ASEAN markets.
