We had a wonderful experience during our Port stop with Hendry! and would recommend using this company Roatan For A Reason for your adventures in Roatan. He was great with communication, very organized and made us feel very safe when leaving the Port and meeting him. We were able to customize our excursions and stopped at a Sloth & Monkey Sanctuary before going on an ATV adventure. We never felt rushed and were able to enjoy everything at a convenient pace. This was amazing since we usually would feel this way if we shared a bus or were a part of a big excursion with strangers. He also took some videos/photos for us which was greatly appreciated! Hendry drove us safely around and educated us about the Island, its history and answered all of our questions. We had a wonderful day with him and hope we cross paths again if we ever make it back to Beautiful Honduras. We are forever grateful for you Hendry Lonzo Thank you!🫶🏻🇭🇳

Hendry!!! Our tour Guide-driver from Roatan For A Reason was amazing. He picked us up from chaotic port, scheduled all our activities, and got us where we needed to go safely and on time and made it FUN! He took us to this picture perfect spot, one of the highest point of the Island.

Then after done with all the activities Hendry Lonzo to the rescue!! He was super flexible for the day and took us off schedule to his favorite local spot with amazing views. We appreciate his kindness and flexibility, he even ate with us and chatted the whole time. I will recommend this third party company for all who visit Roatan, Honduras. 🙂❤️

Just wrapped up another incredible day in Roatán with Hendry Lonzo and Roatan For A Reason; and once again, it did not disappoint! 🐠🌴 This was our second time booking with Hendry, and there’s a reason we keep coming back. He’s genuine, down-to-earth, and goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great time.

We spent the day snorkeling in the crystal-clear waters and relaxing at Infinity Bay, and it was the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. If you’re headed to Roatán and looking for someone you can trust to show you the island’s beauty and take care of all the details, Hendry is your guy.

There are lots of options when looking for things to do in Roatan. Don’t be afraid to book this third-party excursion with Hendry. He was born and raised on the island and getting back on time has never been an issue. He is always punctual and cognizant of your needs and wishes. We always look forward to our time with him.

I did something way outside of my comfort zone and booked a shore excursion through a third party instead of the ship. And I have to say it was one of the best decisions I’ve made.

We booked through Roatan For A Reason for a day of fun in Honduras and it was absolutely amazing. We did zip lining, ATVs, went to the beach, and saw some animals. Prior to booking Hendry Lonzo was able to answer all of my questions. We got off the ship as soon as the gangway opened and Hendry was right there past the gate waiting for us.

The excursions were so much fun and the staff at each adventure were also amazing!! After we were finished, Hendry brought us to a local restaurant that had the absolute best food ever. 10/10 jerk chicken and shrimp with red beans and rice. Despite my anxiety we made it back to the ship on time! Hendry wouldn’t have it any other way!

Thank you so much Hendry! We will definitely book with Roatan For a Reason again if we’re ever back.

We visited Roatán from Puerto Rico and found Hendry from Roatán Roatan For A Reason for our cruise stop. We had a fantastic experience—especially since we were a group of nine, including a 2-year-old. Hendry Lonzo offered us all the excursion options on the island and arranged exclusive transportation just for our group.

We chose the ATV and beach experience, but you can mix and match any excursions you like—Hendry will make it happen. We felt very safe throughout the entire trip. Roatán was a beautiful destination with friendly people, amazing beaches, and delicious food.

We had one of the best experiences of our visit to Honduras with Roatan For A Reason Our guide was Hendry Lonzo, who was extremely knowledgeable about the culture, history, and geography. We visited the animal sanctuary with adorable sloths, monkeys, and birds. Then we took the island tour with its beautiful scenery and went to the chocolate and rum factory. We couldn't have asked for more. I highly recommend this company to anyone who's looking for or visiting Roatan.

What an incredible time we had with Roatan For A Reason! We were so sad to leave after spending the day with Lisa! We visited Mayan Eden and were amazed to see all the wildlife there including monkeys, sloths, and more! Such an amazing time! Lisa gave us a tour of the city and we were so fortunate to see how the islanders live and the beautiful island! We made a few stops including a chocolate factory and rum distillery which were both so good! I was sure to bring some chocolate home with me! We ended our day in West Bay at the incredible beaches and had drinks and lunch at Bananaramas! We literally had the BEST day and already planning our next trip outside of a cruise to come spend some time on this beautiful island! We are in love and so ready to be back! ❤️✅

This was our first time in Roatan with NCL. I travelled with my daughter and granddaughter. From my first contact with Hendry, I knew we had a found a reputable company. I booked, then changed itinerary due to health reasons, and it was so easy. Hendry accommodated my request without question. Lisa, his sister, was our guide and quickly became a friend. She toured us all over the island..We visited a chocolate factory, snorkeled at the beach, visited the sloth and monkey encounter and made stops to get some breathtaking pictures on the island. We felt so special with our private tour guide. Conversation was so easy and we felt like family before we left.We learned about the island, its culture, and Lisa even shared her grandmother's remedy for congestion! Highly recommend Roatan For A Reason ..Lisa Levy gives the Best hugs!!! We will be back!!! ❤️
