For a hundred of years, it was a shepherd and fisherman's village. Today it is a tourist destination well known because of the beautiful sand and pebble beaches with clear turquoise sea. It is not a tourist attraction, but because it is not, it is "slowly becoming one." People are attracted to the location because it is so remote from other places and offers peace and quiet with untouched nature.
It is the last place on the island of Krk which is why it was called Kraj (The End) in the past. Most of the beaches are completely wild. Other than sea and beach it can also offer some active vacation like fishing, diving, hiking, biking and some sea fun activites. There are a few restaurants where you can taste specialities from this area like lamb, honey, cheese, vine, figs, etc. If you find any of this stuff interesting, feel free to explore the content on this page and we invite you to come and visit our small place in person.
