My name is Darijo (engl.

Dario) and I am a licensed tourist guide in Croatia. I grew up and went to school in Split, and studied in Dubrovnik, Croatia. I am fluent in english since I graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology (NY). I also speak and work in spanish because I’ve lived in Venezuela (Latin America) for a while. Since 2005 I worked as a guide on adventure tours like sea kayaking & biking, with people fro

m all over the world and with different domestic and foreign tour operators and travel agencies. I specialized in guiding historical and cultural heritage tours since 2010, and obtained license for Split-Dalmatia, Šibenik-Knin, Lika-Senj, and Dubrovnik-Neretva county. Therefore my license covers practically the whole region of Dalmatia, the most beautiful region of Croatia, plus Lika-Senj county where the National Park Plitvice Lakes are located. I have worked in all these destinations with a large groups (max. 50 pax), midsize groups (25 pax) and a small groups (8 pax). I also have done private tours for a couples or families, with or without driving services. Through this exciting work I discovered that most people like to combine nature and city. Therefore, I always recommend a National Park combined with a City Walk of UNESCO heritage if it is nearby and if it is desired. Check out the offer on My tours page.
