Last week, Green Week at Mplus got us exploring everyday choices — from wasting less food and skipping single-use plastic to rethinking how we travel, use energy and care for what we already own.

And our teams in Romania, Slovenia and Serbia gave the week their own local twist. 🌱
💚 Romania brought the team together in green.
🥗 Slovenia paired their green outfits with a shared homemade lunch in reusable containers.
🪴 Serbia gave our office plants a little TLC — and bigger pots to grow into.

Three teams, different ideas, and a little inspiration to take into the weeks ahead.

AI is changing how we work. How do we help people grow with it? 💡

At a recent panel, Marko Jakovina, Group HR Project Manager at Mplus, highlighted three priorities:
🌱 New learning paths for juniors as their tasks evolve.
🧠 Stronger critical thinking, decision-making and people skills for leaders.
🤝 Shared responsibility for development — employers create opportunities, employees embrace them.

His key message: real AI transformation happens when better tools lead to better ways of working. 💛

We brought more than photos back from Rovinj. 🏆

At HR.Weekend, the AI Recruitment Assistant, developed by Mplus and Graia, won the Adriatic HR Award for HR Technology & Innovation. Mplus and Graia also received Top Workplace recognition.

And there’s more to celebrate across our teams:
🏆 Mplus Bosnia and Herzegovina - Best of the Best, 2nd place among mid-sized companies
🏆 Mplus Slovenia - Best of the Best, 2nd place among small companies
🏆 Marko Jakovina, who led the AI Recruitment Assistant project -
HR Manager of the Year in the Technology and Digitalization category

Five different awards, different teams, and a lot of work behind each one. Some of it happened in meetings and project rooms; much of it happened in everyday conversations and decisions that never make it into an award photo.

We’re starting the week with some good news! 🏆

Our Mplus Global Mentoring Program has won Silver at the Brandon Hall Excellence Awards 2026, in the Best Leadership Development category.

The program brings together mentors and mentees from 7 countries, creating space to learn from each other, share knowledge, and grow together. 🌍

And we’re especially happy to see women making up 60% of both our mentors and mentees. 🧡

This award belongs to everyone who shared their experience, challenged ideas, supported others, and helped make the program what it is today.
