📹📽️🎞️📺📼📸🎬Have you heard about the "loyal city" in Hungary? is situated near the western borders of Hungary, at the foot of the Alps, 60 km from Vienna and 220 km from Budapest. It is one of the oldest jewelboxes of the country. Sopron merges past and present in itself. It creates a bridge between Hungary and its western neighbours, opening a gate for foreign guests visiting Hungary, as it is symbolized by the coat of arms of the city.
This city was both Hungarian and Austrian. In 1921, he decided to stay in Hungary, and this is nicknamed "the loyal city". The Gate of Faith, located in the center of the city, proves this. During the Second World War the city was almost completely destroyed, but most of the medieval buildings remained.

The "Hungarian Sea", is the people's name for the 50-mile long lake with silky green-yellow water in the middle of Transdanubia. Lake Balaton is one of Hungary's most precious treasures and most frequented resorts. It is also the largest lake in Central Europe.
Europe’s largest thermal water lake; a golf course with one of the most magnificent views and the first written historical memento of the Hungarian language held in an ancient abbey, can all be found in the Balaton region.

Do you know something about Eger - the second largest city in Northern Hungary?
Eger is best known for its castle, thermal baths, baroque buildings, the northernmost Ottoman minaret, dishes and red wines. The town is located on the Eger Stream, on the hills of the Bükk Mountains.

The country offers many diverse destinations: relatively low mountains in the north-west, the Great Plain in the east, lakes and rivers of all sorts (including Balaton - the largest lake in Central Europe), and many beautiful small villages and hidden gems of cities. Top this off with Hungary's great accessibility in the middle of Europe, a vivid culture and economy, and you get a destination absolutely not worth missing if you're in the region.
