Wae Rebo, The Village Above the Clouds
Hidden deep within the lush, misty mountains of Flores, Indonesia, lies Wae Rebo—a place where time seems to stand still. Situated over 1,200 meters above sea level, this isolated traditional Manggarai village is often referred to as the "Village Above the Clouds."
The village is Surrounded by dense rainforests and steep, emerald valleys, reaching Wae Rebo is a journey in itself.
