SWY -A0007- HOW TO BE A SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENT, HOW IT WORKS IN OUR LIFES, HOW IT CAN BE A SERIOUS BENEFIT FOR YOU, HOW TO MANAGE YOUR TIME

Born in Tangerang, January 6th 1992. Graduated from Parahyangan Catholic University at 2014 as Informatics Student, then work as Internal Consultant in an Agribusiness Company. Since high school, he likes all about Information Technology and Business, that is why he entered Parahyangan Catholic University as an IT Student and take sub Major Business Information Technology, because he thinks those are the two most important think to learn in this era.

Since in the university, he usually face many projects as tasks that have very tight schedule from one to another, because we trained to push our limit. Most of the tasks, he was chosen as the project manager (leader), the one who control the project from A to Z to be successfully delivered. From the beginning, all the project can be done as the schedule said, but he feels that “done” is not enough, he needs perfection. So, he started to read and learn about project management and time management back then. He learns how to lead a task, how to control the task, and how to perfectly finish the tasks. For the people who are attention to detail and perfection, this is the most needed knowledge we must have.

That work has come to a result. he was chosen as one of three students in my university to get Triputra Group Scholarship. From the scholarship program, he has learned so many things that very useful in a real work life, such as what is the company looking for in a student, how to make a company become a really comfort area, and how to be a star in a company. That is a great lesson for a fresh graduate.

In this company, he works as an Internal Consultant, the most critical department in the company because he must know all about the process in the company. Although the main task for me is to analyze the whole business process to make it automatic (here is how IT take part in the most company activities), but he has to know all the processes and tasks in other department, such as accounting, sales, HR, etc. Acting as a fresh graduate and the youngest one in my department, doesn’t make him special. Besides, he must push his limit to chase what left behind.

Now, he wants to share all he has learned and experienced, such as how to manage time and project, how to get ready to be a scholarship recipient, and how to be a star in a company to all of you, so Indonesia can be a better country for all of us.

SWY -A0008- ORGANIZATIONS, YOUTH ACTIVITIES, ACHIEVEMENTS, MANAGING THE ORGANIZATION

He believes, that right just keeps us to still but wrong creates us to explore, and young is the best time to explore. He is very enthusiastic in youth movement, social empowerment and creative project. Besides his activity in Institut Teknologi Bandung, He engaged in some of student organization, community and creative project.

Found some communities such as Nusantara Young Leaders, Komunitas Daun Merah and active in many organisation since high school, shared his ideas and experience in many seminars and trainings in front of hundreds youth and being a trainer in Karisma ITB, awarded by Nutrifood as Top 18 of Inspiring Future Leaders, Nominee of XL Future Leader batch 3 and Nusantara Leadership Camps as a Best Delegate, won many competitions in art, debate and speech contest, joined a lot of conferences and international activities like Youth For Peace 2014 at Thailand, exchange project: Hope for Children 2014 by AIESEC FTU Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, Indonesia-Malaysia Cultural Exchange 2014 in Malaysia, International Conference Nusantara Young Leaders 2013 at Indonesia.

He admires Soekarno that could lighting the darkness in Indonesia at the time. Now, He wants to be the part of that light.

SWY -A0014- EDUCATION, SOCIAL, PUBLIC SPEAKING SKILL

He got his Bachelor of Education from Yogyakarta State University in 2015. He was a delegate of Parahyangan Green Challenge 2014 and International Conference on “Innovation of Science and Technology for Food, Energy and Health Sovereignty” 2014. In 2012, he got a title ambassador as Putra in “Pak Cagur Bu Cagur” Yogyakarta State Univeristy. Now, he is working as a teacher in SDIT Salsabila Al Muthi’in Yogyakarta.

His interest is in education, social and public speaking skill. To contribute more in education, He join a prestige social education organization in Yogyakarta. Together with his team, they taught a lot of children in Yogyakarta. For developing his public speaking skill, he joined the public speaking trainings and English skill trainings in a lot of institutions. The experiences have already helped him to develop his skills and make him like today.

When he studied in Yogyakarta State University, he got BidikMisi Scholarship from Ministry of Education and Cultural, Republic of Indonesia for 4 years. That’s the full scholarship from the government. He gave big thanks to The God and Indonesia for this scholarship. He hope, every senior high school student in this country can continue their studying at university. He will keep sharing to other people (actually for Senior High School student) how they can continue their studying by scholarship.

SWY -A0013- GRAPHIC, WEBSITE DESIGN, DESIGN ENTREPRENEURSHIP

She is one of the Founder and Creative Director at a private graphic design company. She graduated with a degree in Art and Design within 3.5 years from the Universitas Multimedia Nusantara.

Since high school and college, she often participated in various activities, communities, and organizations including social communities. While today, she often gives seminars and sharing about graphic and website design. Her works and projects were featured and shared by various communities, websites, magazines, and individuals such as on The Curious Brain’s website and including Professor Luc Devroye’s website.

Besides her interest in graphic design, she is also interested in entrepreneurship which she had already been working since the middle of her college both for domestic companies and overseas companies such as from Singapore, Taiwan, and United Kingdom.
As an active youth, today she is willing to share her experiences and knowledge on the graphic design as well as the entrepreneurship to you.

She graduated from Parahyangan University Bandung, International Relations major, cumlaude. During her years at the University, she spent it fruitfully through various organizations and competitions. She was elected as Chief of Student Representative Assembly, representing more than 5,000 student’s voices. She also joined competitions such as Starpreneur ITB (top 10), Unpar Business Plan Competition (top 5) and selected to be the member of exclusive incubation program PERAHU (Penumbuhan Wirausaha Baru) KADIN Jawa Barat.

She was selected in the most prestigious youth leadership training: Young Leaders for Indonesia in 2013, and actively involve in the community and honoured to be theYLI Hero in 2015. Currently she is working in the largest agribusiness national company as a Talent Management. Her experiences in organizations help her to keep improving until now. In her reccess time, she also contributes herself in the growth of young Indonesia Entrepreneurs by publishing inspiring stories in her blog ; and enjoy her hobbies by doing particular sports: badminton, yoga, and zumba.

SWY -A0009- YOUTH VOLUNTEERISM, SOCIAL MOVEMENT AND MATHEMATICS LEARNING & TEACHING

After being graduated on July 2014, She's a full time data analyst of Japanese market research. She was graduated by having a bachelor degree of Mathematics in University of Indonesia. During her college, She participated in campus organizations, such as Himpunan Mahasiswa Departemen Matematika and Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa FMIPA UI. She became Teacher for Rumah Belajar BEM UI on 2009 – 2010, Fund Raising Staff of Himpunan Mahasiswa Departemen Matematika on 2010 and Head Division of School Project in Public Service of Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa FMIPA UI on 2011.

Besides of being a worker, she also involve in some enjoyable activities, such as teaching, volunteering and travelling to Yogyakarta. She spends her weekend by teaching 2 students who go to international school. Until this time, She had taught around 25 private students since 2009. By teaching, She found her passion, not only share her knowledge, she also learn many things from the students. Otherwise, she also teaches some outstanding children who close to her house. Those children lives in an area which is not appropriate to grow up.
As being an active volunteer, she started her very first experience since October 2011. She was participated as volunteer for international journalist for SEA Games 2011 which held in Jakarta.It wasn’t finished yet, she tried to explore some voluntary activities until now. Currently, she was participated around 35 voluntary activities. Social activities are the most favorite experiences that she had.

At present, She's active in some communities which engaged in Education, Children and Culture. These communities develop her into a better her every day. She always feel a bump of happiness when she share, give and learn.
