WE’RE HIRING – VILLA MANAGER IN SOUTH LOMBOK
Join South Lombok Villa Management, a trusted property management company established in 2019.
Position: Villa Manager
Location: Kuta, South Lombok
Type: Full-time, local contract
Start: Immediately
Citizenship: Indonesian applicants only
Language: Fluent English required; Bahasa Indonesia native or bilingual
Main Responsibilities:
Supervise housekeeping, gardening, and maintenance teams
Manage guest check-ins and check-outs
Handle basic concierge services (transport, scooter rental, local info, etc.)
Perform regular villa inspections to ensure cleanliness and quality
Report maintenance issues and coordinate repairs
Communicate with guests during their stay via WhatsApp or in person
Ensure Western standards of hygiene, safety, and hospitality
Submit weekly villa condition and activity reports
Maintain a calm, clean, and welcoming environment
Requirements:
Previous experience required in villa or hospitality management
Indonesian citizen
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Professional, reliable, and well-presented
Highly organized with attention to detail
Familiar with Western guest expectations
Ability to manage time and solve problems independently
Flexible availability (some evenings or weekends may be required)
What We Offer:
Salary: IDR 6 – 8 million/month, with potential for growth based on performance
