Our thoughts are with the communities in Flores who affected by the earthquake on August 15th, where some areas have faced damage and difficult conditions.
We would like to reassure you regarding the 7.7 magnitude earthquake that occurred in the Flores region on the morning of August 15th, which was felt across the island, including Labuan Bajo.
While the situation was understandably unsettling, we are pleased to confirm that there has been no significant damage reported in Labuan Bajo, and importantly, no tsunami occurred.
On August 15th, departures experienced a temporary delay of approximately three hours. Since then, all operations have fully returned to normal. The harbor is running smoothly, and the airport continues to receive flights regularly without any disruption.
Labuan Bajo remains safe, and we warmly look forward to welcoming you.
