Day 01 :
Night flight from Jakarta / Surabaya / Denpasar to Jayapura O/N: In the plane (Dinner)
Day 02 :
Early arrival in Sentani airport, Jayapura – connecting flight to Wamena at 10 am – check in at hotel in Wamena – exploring the town after lunch towards Jiwika in the north including local market in the afternoon. O/N: Hotel in Wamena (Full meals)
Day 03 :
Leaving the town in the morning – drive to Kurima in southern valley, a starting point of the trek – trekking to Kilise village (4 hours) – afternoon activity at the village. O/N: Simple guest house in Kilise (Full meals)
Day 04 :
Remaining in Kilise – exploring the traditional village surroundings. O/N: Simple guest house in Kilise (Full meals)
Day 05 :
Trekking back to Kurima – By car to Wamena – Check in at the hotel in town. O/N: Hotel in Wamena (Full meals)
Day 06 :
Leaving hotel early morning by 4WD vehicle to Habema Lake, 3.200 meter (3-4 hours) – arrive at our Trikora trek starting point – trekking through savannah and swamp (4-5 hours) – arriving at Camp I (3.140 meter). O/N: Tent (Full meals)
Day 07 :
Trekking day continue to Camp II for approximately 5-6 hours, gaining altitude (3.660 meter). O/N: Tent (Full meals)
Day 08 :
Trekking day continue to Camp III for 5 hours (summit camp 4.140 meter). O/N: Tent (Full meals)
Day 09 :
Summit attack, leaving base camp at 3 am – ascending the mountain ridge all the way to summit. The terrain slightly changing to rocky, slippery, cold, windy and attempting the 3rd highest peak in Indonesia of 4.750 meter ASL. The climb takes approximately 5-6 hours only for the summit – back to base camp in the afternoon (9-10 hours in total). O/N: Tent (Full meals)
Day 10 :
Descending down to camp I passing through camp II (the same way back, 6-7 hours). O/N: Tent (Full meals)
Day 11 :
Trekking back to starting point near Habema Lake (4-5 hours) – picked up by 4WD vehicle – drive back to Wamena. O/N: Hotel in Wamena (Full meals)
Day 12 :
Morning flight from Wamena to Jayapura – check in at a hotel in Sentani – touring the town by car including Sentani Lake visit – back to hotel in the afternoon. O/N: Hotel in Sentani (Full meals)
Day 13 :
Morning flight from Jayapura to Surabaya / Jakarta / Denpasar – End of the trip. (Breakfast)
